Use monitor sites to find candidate programs.
Then search for information related to those programs trough any get paid forum like HST.
I prefer doing this way since it will give you almost real time information.
Monitor sites give you real time status while forum community will give you real time experiences from other members.

I think the best way is to stay updated on forums and read posts about the scam site.

You can find all updated scam sites in the SCAM sections of the investment and earning forums. For paid4 sites a own forum have setted up called "GPT boycott".
